The range of carriers is increasing every year. Our continent is entwined with a network of rail links reaching more than 20 000 destinations in many European countries. This provides travellers with the opportunity to travel quickly. It is also undoubtedly one of the most convenient ways of getting around Europe.

The Eurostar train

Various carriers enable us to travel between European cities. One of the well-known high-speed trains in Europe is the Eurostar. It connects the British Isles with continental Europe through a connection via the so-called Eurotunnel under the English Channel.

Train to Paris, London or maybe Brussels?

Passengers appreciate travelling by Eurostar because the rail operator offers a high-speed connection between London, Paris and Brussels. It takes just 2 hours and 15 minutes to get from central London to central Paris and less than 2 hours to Brussels. An interesting proposition is the offer of a connection between London and Disneyland. Thanks to the train's dizzying speed, the journey there and back can be made in one day!

Good train fares and comfort

Eurostar also guarantees its passengers comfortable travel conditions. The trains are state-of-the-art and the fare is tailored to each customer's budget. If you buy your ticket early enough, e.g. up to three months before your journey, you can pay considerably less for your journey than for an air ticket, even taking into account budget airlines.

Eurostar trains departing from central London stop in the heart of the cities, for example at the Gare du Nord station in Paris. This avoids wasting time getting to and from the airport, which are often a considerable distance from the centre, and therefore does not generate additional costs. Another advantage of travelling by train is the much higher luggage allowance (30 kg) than those on planes.
